 Light Care Psychiatry provides comprehensive mental health services focused on personalized, patient-centered care. Our services include thorough psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support for a variety of mental health conditions. We treat concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mood or stress-related conditions. To ensure accessibility and convenience, we offer flexible appointments through both in-person visits and secure telehealth services. Our goal is to support each patient’s journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being. 


 The cost of services at Light Care Psychiatry may vary depending on the type of appointment and whether insurance is used. Self-pay visits, including initial consultations and follow-up appointments, typically start at approximately $350. Patients who use insurance may have different out-of-pocket costs depending on their specific plan, copay, or deductible. For more information about pricing or insurance coverage, patients are encouraged to contact the office directly.

You can schedule an appointment by calling us, sending us a message, or booking directly through our online scheduling link.


We kindly ask that all clients cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.


Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a fee.


No-show appointments will also incur a fee.

These fees are not billable to insurance.


This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other clients who may be waiting.


Our clinic does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please do not wait for an office response. Instead:


  • Call 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
  • Call 911
  • Or go to the nearest emergency room


For urgent concerns that are not life-threatening, you may message our office, and we will respond as soon as possible during business hours.


 To ensure continuity of care and avoid interruptions in your medication, we ask that refill requests be submitted at least 5–7 business days in advance 

 

  • Refill requests may be submitted through your pharmacy or by contacting our office directly.
     
  • Certain medications may require a scheduled follow-up appointment before a refill can be authorized.
     
  • Controlled substances may require more frequent monitoring and cannot be refilled early in accordance with prescribing regulations.
